Katie Baran is the Production and Facilities Coordinator at Stamford Studios, a division of NBCUniversal. Since joining the team in October 2024, she has played a key role in supporting studio operations and event coordination.

Katie provides administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling, correspondence, and studio tours, and collaborates with the marketing team to develop original social media content that highlights the studio’s work and culture.

Prior to her role at Stamford Studios, Katie spent six years at The Rachael Ray Show, where she advanced from Script Coordinator to Associate Producer. She began her career as a CBS Page, contributing to a range of programs including syndicated talk shows, morning shows, and news broadcasts.
