Kristen Killackey currently serves as Vice President of Production and Operations. Studios in for NBCUniversal Syndication Studios. Based in Stamford Studios, in Stamford, Connecticut, she has played a key role in shaping the studio’s growth and success.
In 2009, Kristen was part of the NBC team responsible for relocating three nationally syndicated talk shows from Chicago and New York City to Connecticut—a strategic move that leveraged state tax incentives and established a long-term production footprint in the region. Kristen currently oversees all productions under the Syndication Studios banner, including The Steve Wilkos Show, Karamo, The Kelly Clarkson Show, Access Hollywood, and Access Daily with Mario and Kit.
For all syndication studios projects, Kristen oversees the full production lifecycle—from initial development and budgeting through piloting, operations, oversight, and post-production—ensuring strategic alignment, efficiency, and quality at every stage. Her portfolio includes acclaimed programs such as The Sally Jessy Raphael Show, Nashville Star, Trisha, The Meredith Vieira Show, Harry, and many others.
Kristen also oversees the facility operations and production operations, budgeting, finance, and tax credit compliance for The Steve Wilkos Show and Karamo, produced at Stamford Studios.
